Our Firm provides legal assistance to foreign nationals. Our scope of immigration law services includes:

• representing foreign nationals before Polish authorities (Voivodeship Governor, Head of the Office for Foreigners) in matters involving permanent residence permits, temporary residence permits and residence permits for long-term EU residents, including assistance in obtaining a residence card;
• assisting foreign nationals in securing a permit to stay for humanitarian reasons or a permit for a tolerated stay from the Commanding Officer of the Border Guard;
• handling procedures for obtaining or confirming Polish citizenship;
• helping foreign nationals to obtain refugee status or claim subsidiary protection;
• handling procedures for obtaining a foreign-national work permit;
• assisting foreign nationals in establishing and conducting business in Poland.

The above-mentioned forms of assistance are provided through representation before relevant authorities, drafting and submitting requests and appeals, monitoring procedural progress, and filing requests to expedite procedures. We remain in regular touch with the Customer through face-to-face meetings, as well as via distance communication. This way, we are also able to represent the interests of foreign nationals who are outside of Poland.
